Adapters and Chargers: Available at the reception.

Allergies: We offer allergy rooms with the corresponding bedding.

Arrival / Departure: Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:30 am. If you need your room for a longer period, we are happy to offer you a late check-out until 4:00 pm (subject to availability) for a fee of EUR 35.00. Please contact the reception.

Bathrobes & Slippers: Available upon request at the reception.

Breakfast times: The most important thing for the start of a new day. A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in the reception area.

Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.

City Center: The city center of Kronberg, with its beautiful old town, is about a 10-minute walk away. There you will find pharmacies, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and shops. We are happy to provide you with information at our reception.

Credit Cards: We accept EC cards, American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, and Visa.

Emergency Exits and Escape Routes: You will find an escape plan in your rooms. Please study it carefully. Emergency lights will show you the way out in case of an emergency. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor. Please do not use the elevator. Our assembly point is located in Freseniusweg in the parking lot.

Emergency Numbers: Through the reception dial 91, directly to the police 110, or fire brigade/emergency medical service 112.

Excursions: We are pleased to offer you some suggestions and offers at the reception. You will also receive brochures, city maps, and informational material. Or use our information display in the lobby.

Garden Terrace: Let your soul dangle. Our garden offers you well-deserved peace for relaxation.

Golf: The golf course is located 5 minutes from the hotel. For further information, please inquire at the reception or visit www.gc-kronberg.de.

Hotel Bar: Snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages are available at our hotel bar in the reception area.

Hygiene Products: Forgot something? At our reception, you can get everything you need, from a sewing kit to a toothbrush set, for a small fee.

Internet: We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. Please select the network “viktoriafreewifi”. You will receive the password at the reception.

Laundry Service: Please place your laundry with the completed form in the laundry bag and leave it at the reception. Please note that dry cleaning off-site takes about 1 week. We do not offer service on weekends and holidays.

Minibar: You can book a minibar refill at our reception.

 Parking: Our parking spaces are free. We also have 2 charging stations for electric cars.

Pets: Dogs are allowed in selected hotel rooms. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room for an extended period. We charge a fee of EUR 20.00. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Photocopies: €0.50 per page.

Pillow Selection: Various types of pillows, duvets, and wool blankets are available at our reception.

Reception: You can reach our reception by dialing 91.

Restaurants: We are happy to reserve a table for you at one of the many restaurants in Kronberg.

Room Cleaning: If you do not need room cleaning, simply hang the designated sign on your door.

Safe: All rooms are equipped with a safe. It is located in the wardrobe.

Sauna: €20 per person. Please understand that for safety reasons, we can only operate it with a minimum of 2 people.

Sewing Service: Please contact the reception.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms and public areas! In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban in the rooms, we will charge you a special cleaning fee of EUR 300.00!

Taxi: We recommend pre-booking at the reception.

Telephone: To reach an outside line, dial 0. You can reach the reception at 91. From outside, you can be reached at 06173 9210 + room number. For rooms on the ground floor, the room number is three digits with 4 at the beginning (e.g., room 001 = 401).

Television: You can watch Sky channels for free. You will find the list of channels in this folder.

Wake-Up Service: Simply inform us of your desired time at the reception.
