With the AKZENT Hotels regular guest card you save immediately on your next online booking on the hotel’s own website or on www.akzent.de. As a thank you for your loyalty, AKZENT Hotels will grant you a €5 discount on the daily room rate with this card. As a regular guest, you can obtain the regular guest card at all AKZENT hotels. Please note: The regular guest card is not valid for arrangements, is excluded from special agreements and cannot be combined with the loyalty pass.

Stamping pays off, because from 3 stays in AKZENT Hotels, AKZENT Hotels will give you an overnight stay for 2 people in a double room in an AKZENT Hotel of your choice!
As a hotel guest you will receive a loyalty stamp for every 50,- Euro turnover for accommodation in the hotel. Simply present your loyalty passport when paying at the hotel. With 15 stamps you will receive a voucher for a free overnight stay including breakfast buffet in a single room for one person. With 18 stamps you will receive a voucher for a free overnight stay including breakfast buffet in a double room for two persons.

Send your full loyalty passport to the AKZENT Hotels marketing center. We will then send you by mail your AKZENT hotel voucher for an AKZENT hotel of your choice. You can redeem this for any direct booking, i.e. booking by telephone or in person or online booking via the hotel’s own website or www.akzent.de. Simply point out your loyalty pass voucher when booking or making an inquiry.
Please note a few rules
there is no entitlement to loyalty stamps for special rates (including AKZENT regulars)
a maximum of 6 loyalty stamps are awarded per stay
you are only entitled to a loyalty stamp if you make a direct booking
the loyalty passport must be stamped in at least 2 AKZENT hotels
cash payment of the hotel voucher is not possible
the loyalty pass is valid for 12 months after issue and is not transferable
the redemption of the voucher is only possible with the reference to the voucher at the time of booking
there is no entitlement to a specific date – trade fair and seasonal periods are usually excluded
only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking
